We met a family through Darren's sister who adopted a little girl from China and have known them since shortly after they returned home with her a few years ago. Peyton had such a great time at their house - and who wouldn't? They have a roller coaster in their basement!
Peyton eventually demonstrated that she loved attempting to slide down the roller coaster as much as she loved riding in the car. It didn't look like as much fun to us because the slope wasn't really conducive to sliding, but she sure enjoyed creating more work for herself!
They also had a kitchen, and Peyton played with it for quite a while - she just made herself at home!
