Go Buffs!

The day after Thanksgiving was SUCH a FUN day!  We just hung out at the house, leaving only to grab some lunch so we wouldn't have to make anything.  We dressed up in support of the Buffs, but it didn't help - they lost anyway, but Peyton sure did look like a cutie pie!

Here she is teasing daddy as he tries to take a few photos of us.

...And here she is teasing me as I try to get a few photos of her by herself.  She has the best little personality!

It wasn't long before she was asking to take her clothes off.  The shirt got stuck on her head, so Darren sent her to figure it out.  It was funny, and she thought so too!  She allowed Darren and I to veg on the couch, watching football, and she played between the family room and the playroom ALL DAY.  It was AWESOME!  She was in the best mood, and we all did whatever we wanted, which was pretty much nothing.  Love days like that.

Since we live on a cul-de-sac, we let Peyton sit on our laps when we get to the mailbox, and we circle the neighborhood a few times.  When we got back from lunch, we let Peyton drive through the neighborhood on daddy's lap.  She thinks it's just the best thing.  She loves playing in the car - it makes her so happy!

Our lazy day caught up with us - after Peyton went to bed, Riley snuggled up with me, and we were both out like a light.  Darren captured the moment to show me how comfy and snuggly we were - he just loves it when we get to spend time together like this - ever since Peyton came home, he hasn't gotten his time in with me like he used to, so these moments are special.  I love this little kitty!
