Peyton also got to meet her Grandma Pam (my mom) and Granddad (my mom’s husband – all the grandkids call him granddad). They, of course, brought lots of things to spoil her with! She got a new dolly (Peyton liked the bottle and sippy cup, but wanted nothing to do with the dolly or the dolly’s stuffed bear); some bracelets; a magnet board and dry erase markers; a new pair of sunglasses; a new outfit; a purse; a set of rubber ducks; a car with doors that really open; a princess dress-up set; a color/sticker book and crayons; and a bag to store some of the stuff in. She carried several of the items around for the rest of the day, stacking them, transferring them between containers, and pretending to go bye bye. She had a great time getting to know her grandma and went to Larry (granddad) a couple of times as well. I’m going to have to work on unspoiling her by the time they leave at the end of the week!
